I had the privilege of working with Kayla from inception to launch on a new healthcare SaaS solution focused on improving the patient experience for finding, scheduling and paying for care. From leading user research sessions with dozens of patients, to her skills in wireframing and prototyping the solution, Kayla was an invaluable member of the team. Her empathetic approach to our users pain points was imperative to ensuring we were building the right experience to address their key needs. I hope to have many opportunities to continue to work with Kayla throughout my career.

Kayla's rally and personal effort to inspire and get full participation from the team for the AHA heart walk is honestly incredible.
